The school year has been back for a blink, and the next generation of college students is settling in at college. There are plenty of tech gadgets out there that can help students with studying, productivity, security, and even fun. Check them out and if you see something that catches your eye, maybe you can ask for it next time you’re home for the weekend.

Laptop Lock Don’t risk having your laptop stolen. Tether it to your desk in your dorm room or library, or to the table at your favorite coffeeshop with a laptop lock. There are three types of security slots on laptops, but it’s likely yours is a Kensington Security Slot. If you have a MacBook, there are companies that have designed locks that attach to the feet or clamp to the lid, since Apple doesn’t put lock slots in its laptops.
